Scoring and Interpretation


  1. Each question still has a scale from 1 (Not at all true) to 5 (Extremely true), but we'll skip averaging and directly use the total score to determine the level of sensitivity.

  2. Total your score for all 25 questions.


Sensitivity Levels:


    • 25 - 50: Low Sensitivity

      • You may thrive in busy environments and generally aren't affected by external stimuli as much.

    • 51 - 75: Moderate Sensitivity

      • You’re sensitive to certain stimuli and might need to take breaks or withdraw occasionally but can adapt to most situations.

    • 76 - 100: High Sensitivity

      • You are highly sensitive to your emotions, environment, and sensory stimuli. You may need to prioritize self-care and create calm spaces for yourself.

    • 101 - 125: Very High Sensitivity

      • You are deeply attuned to your surroundings, emotions, and others’ feelings. It’s essential to engage in self-care practices, set strong boundaries, and seek supportive environments.

  1. Create a calming environment: Dedicate a space in your home for relaxation and reflection.
